		<description>I agree, too few people volunteer their time. They&#039;re &#039;too busy&#039;.  Really?  Doing what?  A lot of people don&#039;t know what busy is.  In fact, its the people that are too busy, who end up taking on more.  Someone once say to me &#039;if you want something done, give it to a busy person&#039;.

The saying &#039;10% of the people do 90% of the work&#039; holds very true in volunteer land.</description>
